We had a firm idea of what we thought we wanted including location. I expected that we would be very easy clients for a realtor to work with and that we would buy something very quickly. Wrong. Between the pandemic fueled historically low inventories and our own flip flopping it was a long, drawn out process. Throughout this journey Matt was the epitome of professionalism. He worked diligently on our behalf, finding houses, advising on purchase strategy, suggesting alternatives, visualizing modifications, etc. He patience and expertise culminated in our purchasing a home which was significantly different than what we had initially envisioned.
